Welcome aboard. Try plugging the line to the EGR valve and see if it runs better.

I tried that and still no change. I was wondering, can it be a timing issue?

How does it idle, is it smooth?
Is the check engine light on?
I would start with a new fuel filter, based on the symptom.
Timing would have to be waaaayyyy off to kill it.

Are you familiar with grounding A and B on the diagnostic connector to retrieve codes?
Do you have any modifications?
You may neednto spring for a fuel pressure tester, unless they rent them out at the parts store.

Ok, after changing the fuel pump, fuel filter, and both coolant switches, oh yes i almost forgot the freshly rebuilt throttle body i got a wild hair and changed my map sensor and the problem is solved. Thanks for all of the input.

Cool....I wish we knew which it was! LOL!
it was either the pump, or the MAP sensor.
