Okay it was the ignition coil the very first part i swapped out with my parts truck, guess both were junk. Also replaced the rotor and icm for good measure because i had em and they are cheap. Thanks all for the help

Fabulous - glad it was something easy (and not as expensive as other things could have become)!!

If your original ignition module turned out to be OK, Zip-Loc bag it and toss it in the glovebox. Sometimes they just go bad unexpectedly (especially if they get hot and the heat transfer compound is old and dried out), always handy to have one on standby.
