Hello,
I recently bought this truck and changed out my spring hardware, wheel cylinders as well as had the drums turned on my 86. I am banging my head against the wall because the left rear drum will not go back on. The shoes are still thick so I reused. They came off very easily. The shoes do not appear to be bent. The shoes will not move at the top to collapse the pistons and give room for the drum to go back on.
The wheel cylinder pistons are not stuck and move freely and my adjuster is all the way in. I've looked in the digest here but haven't found a subject on this yet. Anyone have this problem? Thank you for your help. John
