1982 C-30 454 ticking

I have been trying to find the tick now for a week. I was driving the truck and got it up to 4k rpm, was driving home and the oil pressure dropped and it started ticking. Changed oil and added lucus in th oil. The oil pressure cold is about 25 and warm about 15-20 but I still hear a tick. I've driven it about 5 miles since I've put the oil in, absent changed anything. Need help.

Probably a rocker tapping, look up how to tighten rocker arms, can be a little messy but if you can get your valve cover off and start it, back the but on the rocker off till it chatters a little then tighten a little till it goes away then do a 1/4 to 1/2 turn more, do this to all and you should have it. Unless it's a lifter tapping then that's a different scenario. Does it speed up when you give it throttle or slow down when you let off?

Me and a buddy of mine re adjusted the rocker arms when it was running, it didnt do anything. it speeds up when i give it throttle. Also right before it happened i put 8.8 msd wires, ac delco rapid fire plugs, accell performance cap and rotor, accel gm performance ignition module.

A header leak sometimes can sound like a lifter, also might run it in the dark and see if you have a wire arking somewhere???..

It has brand new manifold gaskets, oil pressure will now stay at 40psi when driving

No it's still there gets worse with rpm, engine runs great just has the tick to it

Could be a piece of dirt got into a lifter, don't take much restrict oil flow.

It's got good oil pressure, and I ran seafoam through it before I changed the oil and added the lucus. Would it hurt to drive it to see if the lucus with quite it down?

Wouldn't drive too long, CD-2 used to make some real good stuff to free up sticky lifters, haven't used it in a long time so I don't know if they still make it, but wouldn't hurt to look into it..

What about the miracle oil? When I'm driving and I let off the gas I can't hear it tick anymore also when I put it in neutral.
