I have a 1981 Jimmy 2wd, with an aluminum billit grille. What are the options for installing an original style grille? Maybe a 1985 gmc grille? Thanks

You could, and I think the 85-88 GMC grille is the best looking, but I guess I'm biased. Those have recesses in them, though, for the semi-hidden park lights/turn signal lights. Do you want to do that, too, or just keep them in the bumper? As far as options go, you could do an 81-82, 83-84, 85-88, and 89-91. All but the latter will just bolt in. The 89-91 requires a different core support.

The park lights have already been moved to the core support. The previous owner did that when the aluminum grill was installed. I have changed the headlight bezels(dual lights) to 85 model. I prefer the 85 grille also.

Well, if the actual park light assembly is the correct one, I'd go for it. If not, I'd go to the junkyard or eBay, find two to put in there, and then go for it.
