19.5 rims can be had off of the 1988-2000 GMT400 body style 3500HD trucks.

An example would be from a 90's state highway truck. My FIL has 19.5's on his truck. Another would be from a motorhome, they also use 19.5's.

IMO you would be better off staying with your 16" or 16.5" wheels you currently have. The reason is if you can find a 35" tire for a 19.5 it will more then likely be more money for 1 then it would be to buy 2 35 12.50 16's.

BTW I prefer to have a cruise rpm at about 2500-2800,

The 3500Hd trucks were 5/ 10 lug wheels. However there were the step vans (the bread truck types) that could have 19.5's with eight lugs.

I can get 10 lug 19.5 Chevy wheels orignally off of AT&T Chevy 3500HD trucks. I'd agree to stay with 16in wheels. I also like 2500-2800 for highway driving. Keep in mind, lower rpm doesn't always mean longer lasting motor either. Lower gears mean, higher rpm, but also less strain on all moving components in the engine.
