I’m building my first 383 stroker and need suggestions.
This is my first ever engine rebuild. I picked up a 1979 K20 with a 350 4 bolt main. I pulled it out and stripped it to the block. My father in law gave me everything for a 383 stroker he was going to build but never got around to it. I’m only missing an intake manifold and carb. Any suggestions...- DmooreMT

So when I bought my 84 c10, she had a 305 that was tired and wants to die. I tired bring her around, but she doesn't want to stay running and when she does, it has a really bad valve train knock.
