Wiper delay not working

Hey! T.G.I.F. I would like to get my delay wipers working and was hoping for a little help. The hi-lo works fine but only cycles on low(slow) while in delay mode.

Question on headliner install

Morning! I'm replacing the back half of the headliner on my suburban and finally received the new material. I purchased one 18oz. can of 3M 38808 headliner adhesive. Is one can enough to do the back half or should I have a second can on hand?
