TBI no start
Hello all. This morning when I started my truck it shut itself off within 20 seconds. Hasn't turned over since, it just cranks and cranks like its getting so spark or fuel. Coolant temperature sensor.
Thanks for the replies everybody. My truck dosent have a MAF , but I did warm the engine and try to unplug each sensor one at a time. The o2 sensor unplugged let the truck start fine, but it still fell on its face.- Jhm89

Even with a clogged fuel filter, I don't think it would cause the spray to stop altogether, unless it was crazy bad. Maybe it's a bad ground, not letting signal get to the injectors. Yeah I feel silly. Alternator bearings. Thank you guys. I jumped to conclusions like a noob. Lol I sprayed around the gaskets on the tb and intake, to my surprise it dosent seem to have a typical vacuum leak. The idle is high because the tb gaskets need changed. The noise is never constant, it just comes and goes at low rpms. Ill try the alternator in the morning.- Jhm89

Hey guys. I own an 87 an recently put a used 94 350 in it. I used the top and front end parts from the old motor. The motor before it ran really smooth until its death, but this new one is fighting me. The problem is from a stop with motor hot or cold, it bogs down a bit and picks back up, same...- Jhm89
