Hey everyone! Does anyone know what the purpose of the metal piece that’s sitting on top of the spring hanger is? It’s on a 1980 Chevy K10, suspension is all original except this piece. It’s only welded to the bottom of the frame (circled in red). It’s not welded to the hanger or hanger...- DW_USN

New brake shoe is coming off of anchor pin
