    Sounds like the RTV is temporary. I think I am going to try some JB weld and see how long it lasts. If it doesn’t work I will look for a yoke that doesn’t have the vent if I can. I have a press so I can replace the unjointed while I’m there. Just a PITA

    Disconnected the tie rod and I can move it ok but when the tie rod is connected it won’t budge with the key on. Haven’t mounted the rotor and tire yet Shouldn’t I still be able to pivot the damn thing ? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    I just replaced the stock front UCA and lca as well as the stock spindle with a CPP tubular LCA a Ridetech tubular UCA and a Belltech 3 inch drop spindle. Stock front springs. After I have it all back together, I can’t pivot the spindle. I mean it is tight as hell. Even turn the key while it on...

    Considered replacing the LCA as well but since it is not really causing the problem and it’s not rusted out, leaving it. Probably should replace it but can do it later at some time and would rather put the money towards a new instrument cluster. Thinking of going with an Autometer Invision...

    I ordered a stock spring.along with the three inch drop spindle. Probably will be too tall but hard to know what size spring to go with the three inch drop spindle. Will just need to install it, drop the truck and see. The guy that lowered it to start did a jack leg job. Totally unsafe as well...
