    Door Hinge Pins Not Seating?

    I had the same problem, and i realized i should have drilled the hinge body holes out slightly. But I installed them just as you have pictured, and so far, so good.

    my theory, also,...I do have and used a test light on the fuse box, neither side of the fuse holders have power in the on position. I hate throwing parts at problems, and hoping for the best, but I may pop in an ignition switch. Thanks to all you guys for helping,.....any other ideas would also...

    Burlwood trim

    I'm hoping someone can point me to a close, if not perfect burlwood grain veneer to match the 1991 Suburban dash trim. I have to use it on the passenger side trim panel, although mine is a bit custom. Also, I will add it to the door panels to finish it up.

    oil pressure switch

    ok, slightly related,...how do I test the oil pressure gauge (91 cluster repinned into my 79 Blazer, LS swapped) ..new ACDelco sender, (I know it doesnt necessarily mean its good),...cluster sender wired directly to sender. Sender connected, stays at 0, unplugged, pins out above 80...HHEELLPP!!!

    Removing cab from frame

    the right tools always make the job better.....I used a gantry, steel, but that wooden one looks great.....plopped my Blazer body back on the chassis in 20 minutes,...alone!!
