Considering replacing the Box sides on my 75 Stepside. My concern is the quality of the box sides with the stake pockets pre-welded on them, how well they are sealed inside the pockets and in the pinch welds against rust. Rivet nuts style extruded clips or Blind rivet nuts?
Has anyone used Blind Rivet nuts in place of the standard U style extruded clips? I wanted to get advice and opinions on using stainless blind rivet nuts on hangers, radiator supports, inner fenders and anywhere else in place of clips. - Anyone done this? - Any pros / cons?
