master cylinder issues cont.
I have a '76 Cheyenne short bed 2wd 350/auto. Disc front and drum rear. Manual brakes. Problem I'm having is the new master cylinder bench bled great but when I put it on the pedal goes to the floor and I have to pull it up. Is there a return spring of some sort for the pedal? I have a 1976 Cheyenne short bed, 350 CID, auto. It has manual brakes. What I want to know is will a master cylinder from a power brake system for the same year work? I have one brand new in the box. Having a hard time finding one local that isn't special order. I'm thinking it would work...- charlie phillips
