On the rear, did you remove the stock bump stop rubber or did you take off the whole holder too then put the ones they include in the kit? I just got done with a 3/5 and was thinking about the shackles and coils next...

Other than an alignment and checking a few bolts I've completed my DJM 3/5 spindle/flip kit, with drop shocks. Overall i like the look way better.

So I decided to lower my truck. Got in the drop spindles and found some time to get started. Everything was going well until I got to pulling the spindle off the lower ball joint. To put it simply, it's stuck. I tried a two arm puller and I just bent the puller. I've hit it, used a 36" crowbar...
Here's a better shot. The only thing I don't like, is it leaves two blanks in the gauge cluster, and the panel it's self doesn't attach in the upper right corner. I'm going to pull the instrument panel off to see why.

I'm looking for some parts to try and convert my GMC back from Chevy. Only problem I'm not sure what if any difference there is!? Also looking for replacement door panels. Thanx!
Thanx! I need to do some work on the interior. I'm a perfectionist and the fact a previous owner put parts from a silverado interior drives me crazy. I'll have a ton of questions once I get started. Meaning once winter comes and it sits in my garage for 6 months.
