    all those thumper cams are good for are noise. get that out of there and put in a stock cam or if u want a nice little lope put in a rv cam thumper cam makes no power

    dont forget the flex plate the sb 350 is internally balanced and the bb is externally balanced u cant use the 350 small block flex plate

    i bought my 86 gmc back in 99 it had cracked head blowing white smoke when i bought it. removed heads had them checked both heads cracked relaced the heads and install the good ol felpro blue head gaskets and never look back that was 24 years ago still runs great

    make sure u have 12 volts to the + side of the choke use a test light or better a volt meter, make sure u have + to+ and neg to neg
