Craig, thank you very much for the info. This is exactly what i was looking for. You were correct about the webbing under the axle in photo 1. Good to know about the 3 ubolts in gm dana 60's, I wasnt aware of that. I will look into the steering arm riser and the lowered pitman arm for the steering.- Reaperbond

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome! I got a good laugh about trying it out in the snow haha! Concerning the axle, the 1978-1979 f350 dana 60 has the same spring spacing (within 1/2") of the chevy spring perches. It took some looking but I finally found the darned thing after looking for 2...- Reaperbond
