    I removed all the smog equipment on my truck and I just dont know if there is any interest or value to those who want stock/original equipment? I do not know the working condition, just asking b4 i discard it.

    Battery to body ground

    Forgive the old pic. the small battery to body ground wire circled in this pic. It was not hooked back up when the wiring harness was replaced. Is there such a thing as too many grounds? Any reason why this would not have been re landed to the core support? No i didnt do that wiring.

    How does someone find out what Kickdown/Detent cable is needed? Is it engine and trans combo? Is it year of truck? just overall lenght? I need one for my 81 c10 ....it had a straight six, i swapped to a 350 and need a new cable the old one is too long.

    rough running....backfiring 350

    So here is my issue....my truck which has a 350 runs good if the trans is in park....rev it up and it runs good. Put it in gear and try and drive and it coughs and backfires and shimmy and shakes...any ideas??

    C10/k10 seat- same or different?

    So I replaced my c10 cab with a k10 cab. I used the c10 seat in the k10 cab...is the entire floor higher in a k10 or just the hump? I got new foam for seat and I am looking thru the tint strip on windshield. Is it foam or seat brackets?

    Guage cluster fuse bows when cracking ovee

    What causes the guage cluster fuse to blow when cracking over the truck? My shop is telling me when they go to start the truck it blows the fuse for the instrument cluster? Any ideas?thanks Ken
