Is my suspension stock?
Like Bucket said, definitely not stock. The stock front springs have a downward arc to them. Yours look flat or a little upward.- TubeTruck

Measure your rear springs. '88 they went to the 64" springs but I'm not sure about Suburbans.- TubeTruck

small block buick - carburetors, radiators, suggestions?
How many vehicles do you have on that property? lol Fuel lines get like that with age, the rubber breaks down. Replace and you'll be fine. If it runs good and doesn't leak I wouldn't touch the carb, but I'm cheap like that. I would just hose it down with a can or 2 of carb cleaner and run...- TubeTruck

if it's a GM one they go for $500 with everything. I'd offer him $350 with the broken gear if I comes with the bellhousing and shifter. Dodge NV4500s go for $1500-2k here- TubeTruck

Are these exhaust manifolds off a big or small block?
Those are definitely big block headers. But Ford or Chevy I can't tell. Big block Chevy and Ford have angled header bolt holes. Small blocks for both are straight across with Chevy's center 2 close together.- TubeTruck

87 3/4 Burban
:welcome: from northern IL! and fellow Suburban owner! This is my first Suburban, still figuring out what I can do as well. Mine is currently stock ride height with 33x10.5x15. I'm building a set of 8 lugs and when I do that I'm going with a 2-3" lift and seeing if I can stuff 35's under it...- TubeTruck

Keep or sell 14bsf axle set for k10
I know there is a huge difference in passenger car 10 bolt vs 12 bolt but not sure about the trucks. I would assume the same. If you are worried about it grab a 12 bolt out of a '73-'77('78?) truck. You can still get 3.08 or 3.42 gear ratio and keep 6 lugs and they bolt right in. The front is...- TubeTruck

Thanks, haha, I've heard about tweed before and I know it used to be a huge thing but I don't actually know how to tell what upholstery is what, except for maybe Vinyl and Leather lol I love the shifters! It's so easy to put it in gear. Much better than having to fight the stock NP203 shifter... -

Swapped in the new master cylinder and self bled the brakes with a Mt. Dew bottle. Worked awesome. Truck stops on a dime now. Got home then my phone started blowing up with msgs from FB marketplace. A couple hours later I toss a set of seats into my truck and head 6 miles down the road. The... -

Master cylinder rebuild kits?
That's what I figured. I only paid $30 for the AC Delco one but don't want to spend that on a spare. If I can get a rebuild kit for $5-10 I'd go that route. Once the 454 goes in I'll be installing the newer hydraboost and master anyway.
