I had a '00 S10 Blazer for years. Loved it. The transfer case had issues so I sold it to a lady right down the street who just had to have it. See it nearly everyday on the way to work.- CRM

If you could find an induction heat tool for a reasonable price (or someone that has one) that would be the way to go. Draper Tools makes one but it's $900+.- CRM

Anytime you replace a compressor or clutch, the clearance between the clutch and compressor must be checked. Loose clearance will cause clutch to make noise, slip, and overheat. A bench seat (recovered since then), window crank handles, and sun visors (repainted since then). -

I'd be checking the wiring to the fuel pump, and checking the voltage going to it. 3 pumps going out that fast indicates the cause has to be found before replacing again. -

Redoing the wire actually made the seat move better. Before the repair the passenger side would never move as well as the driver side. It is a noticeable difference now.
