    What came first, the new carb, fuel pump and filter or the stumbling? Have you tried to crank it over with the fuel line disconnected from the carb to check flow? Have you tried to put air pressure (5psi max.) to test between the tank and fuel pump inlet hose to check for restriction?

    Not going to fit with the stock a/c box, plus with the stock turbo exhaust manifold's down pipe won't clear the frame and or cab without a body lift. Look for a center mount turbo setup from a van or humvee, good luck with that. Look for an aftermarket a/c kit that eliminates the firewall box...

    The bed of my '74 has 5 bolts vertically holding the side to front panels. There are 2 fairly close together at the top next to the stake pocket.

    The HEI wire on a gas harness can be used to activate the diesel injector pump. It probably needs to be a bit longer and there may be a few other minor changes that I can't think of right away.

    A used clock without a "guarantee to be in working condition" can be a crap shoot. Plus think about what is the newest used gauge cluster, 30+ years old? I've purchased several gauges & printed circuits from LMC and never been disapointed.

    If you center the rear axle in the wheel well opening, there will be a larger than "normal" gap between the bed and cab.

    Drain the oil look for "glitter" and cut the oil filter open and check for metal particles.
