Best way to transport 19 55 gallon barrels?

Go to the restaurant supply store and get a roll of that 4mil or thicker clear wrap that is like 2' wide. Set barrels on flatbed, wrap up and strap down. Could sandwich with plywood.... just thinking aloud.

Does any one know what had a similar banjo as this?

Accuracy is sometimes off, but Rock, Napa and the rest have pictures of the parts which is so helpful these days. GL kiddo, let us know what you settled with.

    Squishy brakes

I think I found the problem.

What have you done to your square lately??

That's all there is to that one? Lol, thanks for that. I thought there was more to it.

What have you done to your square lately??

Got the colum all tidied up and was going to put the proper termination on the cruise stalk wire mod and noticed this. I can't say for sure if this end was like this originally but it is now. Not sure how I could have pushed the center out far enough to do this doing only what I did so I...

Does anyone experience a drop in rpm when turning on the A/C?

Another good reason for a big block, si?

    Key stuck in ignition

Here's something else to consider. There's that goofy spring (on the columns I've seen) that catches maximum tension on the lock pin itself off the ignition cylinder drive position. If that spring is fukkurd up, it will mess with deployment of that lock pin. If yours is intact and attached...

    Need an EFI recommendation

I see them with regularity on marketplace, Craigslist and such at that price range out on the left coast but almost always taken off something for any number of reasons.

What new tools have you got lately?

Popped my Marketplace cherry today and just couldn't resist for $40 and 30 miles of driving in to town for supplies for the critters that I needed to do anyway. So now I won't need to go on Monday. Winning! And on edit, to the nice man in the wrong brand pickup truck, thank you for your...

Parking brake cable mount for exhaust that exits to side in front of rear wheel? Pics?

Different vintages route differently. Each has its +/- and aftermarket anything is a crap shoot these days. Fabricating a fix for this isn't too hard, just keep slack allowances in mind (sometimes you can adjust out some stuff) and keep all bends as wide as possible. You will see what you need...

1992 RS Camaro. First car for Der Burger.

Those scores of his makes a daytrip over yonder sound fun. I find wrecking yard wandering to be therapeutic. Plus, some cool stuff for other projects always seems to appear. Winning.

    Key stuck in ignition

I ran into the wheel lock hub thingie rubbing on the column. Determined that the thing was bent, like too much oomph with the lock plate tool. When flattened out, all was happy again. That starter switch rack and pinion thing is finicky too. Almost like things were built with some idea of fit...

The pushrod for the ignition switch is bound up or damaged perhaps?

    Air Cleaner Fitting - PCV?

You could sandwich some washers and rtv to take up space in the hole in the air cleaner housing and save the plastic doohickey in the toolbox junk drawer.

What have you done to your square lately??

I found some 8 lead Telcom wire in the mess and I think it will work as well as fit into the provided cavity. I'll make it a little longer so i can have a little leeway in how it goes back together. Lol, I said that this other column was cleaner. I mean clean as in all there and not all wobbly.

What have you done to your square lately??

Well, it is the PNW. So, I'm sure it's somewhere in between. Fished the cruise wire out and thinking about how I'm going to fix this with what I have laying around. This column has something beyond just the screws being loose under the tilt mechanism. The shaft flops around, not the housing...

Can the heater core be turned off?

You could put a shutoff on each outlet of the core and build a crossover out of flush tees and hose. But probably easier to just use a little tubing to clamp each hose to its friend and call it good. Just depends on how complicated you are willing to make the plumbing.

What new tools have you got lately?

Anyone have or use one of these? I may be needing one of these with the column project. I won't get one unless I need to, but wondering what others have to say about it. Not like it breaks banks or anything.... but $11 is $11 worthless dollars.

What have you done to your square lately??

I knew this column was going to be a booger. Someone broke the column lock because they didn't have the key and were too lazy to disassemble it to remove the lock cylinder. Got down to here and came to the conclusion that this is going to be a big time sink with probably less than desirable...

    Brake light keeps going out

Pretty sure an LS swap has become a meme. I'm in the turn signal switch camp on this one. The nubbins in the bulb socket should be looked at closely too.

    1973-1980 Tailgate Trim

Will the hub bearings still get lube if the axles are removed on a 14 bolt assembly? For some reason it seems to me that the spinning shafts help draw fresh lube out from the pumpkin. Truth or just this bowl talking? Oh, I can vouch for a '79 Silverado having the monster band.
