    I am with a tow strap it and move on. As for getting things on a trailer, I actually managed to get a 91 burb on to a uhaul trailer with one ratchet strap when I had not much choice. Took forever and had to hammer the strap back together twice. Come along is much easier. But broken one of those too

    Put together the slide out box years ago when we were traveling with 91 V2500 burb. But came useful with a 2dr to expand space capacity some.

    It was likely done for mock up and verify angles at ride height, but someone jumped ahead and sent everything to powder coating too soon.

    I have done plastic welding decent amount with a cheap kit. It does ok. Go on both sides and get base hot enough and it should do ok

    Add tube inside seat back and then attached pieced slide in. Head rest then just slides in and locks as factory. 1/2" emt I believe works.

    I purchased a set or blue headrests and sockets that they slide in to back when I had a bench seat. But never got to install them. It is relatively straight forward process. I can post pictures of the receiving ends and head rests later. Still sitting on the shelf. Or it is likely posted...

    Pro Flo 4- hate to try again after Edelbrock E-Street EFI

    Would work better with ported or aftermarket runners, but otherwise should work ok. I had tpi on a 383 in 94 gmt400 for a while. Following would work better Edelbrock pro flo intake, then dbc throttle body and rest of sensors from vortec sbc. Then use 411 ecu.

    Some earlier ones had issues with pcv valve that would cause large oil consumption. There was an updated pcv valve used which is not available new gm any more, but copies are being made. Depends if it valve cover has a built in pcv valve or it if slides in like an older gen engines

    I had ep381 on my 91 as well. In a suburban could not really hear it much. Current pump is is a walbro 525, so I needed to calm the flow down at idle.

    Yes, it was a new ecu for 91 to control 4l80e. It was relatively primitive with control strategy.

    I run pwm controller that is referenced by map sensor on one of the vehicles to get pump to lower output at low load.

    Don't really know where to put this, but have any of y'all ever had to get a bonded title, and how big of a pain is it?

    Submit request, then get bond then get title. Straight forward in Texas except sometimes wait time can be long. And they even charge a fine for not registering on time if the wait time is longer than a month

    Finally replaced the wore out shifter top piece. Actually have a complete hurst shifter assembly that is available, but did not want to open the seal around the shifter. Hurst shifter has a handle angled toward the driver. Might just go ahead and swap handles around.
