The trim was still holding the windshield down, but wind noise indicated that it was not sealed. Grabbed the bottom of it and it came right up once trim was removed. S class is still on my list to get at some point, but want to find swb w140 s600. If I can find a good priced one, w123 is also...

This specific blower motor was a major hassle. When taking it apart I noticed that it was in a bind and during test fit it definitely was. And then what I thought would be a 10 min adjustment ended up over two hours. As I tried to get one side of the blades to move out, the whole motor fell...

Turn the adjustment about 1/8 to 1/4 counter clock wise if I recall correctly. R134 needs to lower pressure couple of psi. Adjustment is best done with gauges and a running system to observe cut off pressure

Thanks, it is almost like a 4 door trans am with auto trans. Auto transmission used in these essentially th350 set up but with additional low 1st gear for full throttle starts. 1:1 4th gear and no tc lock up.

Realigned driver side headlight and this time well mounted turn signal. First one flew away on the hwy. Also figured out that turn signals stopped working not because horn was being fixed, but because kids were playing with a hazard switch and it broke the contact that switches power to the turn...
