    FINALLY!! I got it timed right, replaced the calipers and hoses, got all the interior back in and even put new dash speakers in. But its at the Muffler shop right now getting my new 2.5" exhaust put on and an inspection and ill finally be ready for the road! I Feel like a kid the night before...

    Something like the purple Harbor Freight spray gun uses an average of 6cfm @ 40 psi & working pressure of 20-50psi These are the 8-gallon husky specs 5cfm @ 40 psi

    I did replace the pan gasket with a fel-pro 1-piece. No cam and lifters yet but I will in the future. This is not the original, its a goodwrench 350 crate motor.

    Yes sir it is a th350C. Its my fault I never can get used to typing that C.. lol I thought that bolt hole was just an accessary bolt hole I must have overlooked it, ill have to get it plugged. Thanks

    I bought a set of long tubes from summit for $120 they fit really good. Shouldn't have to fight them, just a little tricky moving and they slide right in. I suggest getting the gasket that have open bolt holes on the outside bolt holes. Makes it a ton easier installing them. Just put 2 bolts in...

    Ofcourse I also pulled the TH350 to give it a much needed degreasing and replace the front and rear seal, vacuum modulator, and clean the valve body real good. While the valve body was out I decided to put in a shift kit and replace all the gaskets ofcourse. , , ,

    Before the prep work began , Hit it with the wire wheel down to bare metal and painted VHT gloss black , , , Then the the replacing began, first was the intake, timing cover, and oil pan. put a double roller timing chain, edelbrock performer intake and painted the oil pan. ,

    Flywheel bolts too tight

    OK got it done! I hammered a craftsman bolt-out on each 11/16" bolt, heated them up real good with a propane torch, and they came right out with a 1/2" breaker bar. Thanks everyone for the suggestions I appreciate it!

    Thanks I will use heat for sure. Ive been looking all over the internet and I have found 2 things to try. A craftsman bolt-out, or to weld a good nut onto the head of the stripped bolt.

    The flywheel is held on my 350 by 6-11/16" bolts. I was able to break 4 of them loose, but 2 will NOT break for nothin. The impact just rounded them off pretty bad. Now I have 2 rounded heads. Need some help! Has anyone ever had to get one of these out the hard way? Extract it or easy out...

    While the Engines out on a stand

    Is priming needed even though the motor was never disassembled? It has been out for a few months, but all I removed was the intake, oil pan, timing cover just minor bolt ons.
