    DRW Dana 60 front

That's what he's asking in the local free classified paper. I might wait it out a few weeks and see what he drops to. Seeing as how it needs brakes, locking hubs, and if I had to guess, kingpins and seals, I may try to lowball him.

    DRW Dana 60 front

The more I look around, the more I see its not worth it. Most srw Dana 60s around here are Fetching in the neighborhood of $1000. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I847 using Tapatalk 2

    DRW Dana 60 front

That's what I suspected, but that would help with the heinous backspacing of the Humvee wheels. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I847 using Tapatalk 2

    DRW Dana 60 front

I've found one (without hubs) local for $750 and I haven't decided whether it's a deal or not. From what I understand these are a few inches wider the SRW 1-ton but how much? I would like to run humvee Beadlocks in the future and I'm almost sure I'd need these. Also, how wise are these in...

Its got 373s on 33s. As long as its flat it does OK. Go up a hill and it seems like it really struggles. If It were my DD, id be pretty ill about it. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I847 using Tapatalk 2

If I can find a decent used pair, it'll get some vortec heads, mild cam, performer or similar intake, and the 1406 Carb that's on the truck now. I figure that'll be a good improvement over the smog headed 305 in it now. It runs good and smooth, but wont pull a greasy string out of a cats ass. :D...

It was an inside micrometer. Veneer calipers are OK, but not as accurate as micrometers IMO.

    Treadwrights anyone?

It amazes me how tires have gotten to be so expensive over the past few years. Money doesn't grow on trees, but the material to make tires does. What gives? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I847 using Tapatalk 2

Thanks, that's some very useful info. I took the measurements using a micrometer made for mearuring inner diameters (not sure what its called), similar to one that's used on od's like rod and main journals. Aside from one being out of round and taper wear, what is the maximum amount of wear...

I helped out my father-in-law haul off some old cars and junk around his brother's house, who passed away a few months ago, and they gave me this small block in return. It's def a 350, casting number 3970010. Problem is, i found during disassembly that one of the pushrods pierced a rocker arm...

    Treadwrights anyone?

It's a shame they don't make the 33x12.50 any more. I could upgrade to 16" rims and get some treadwright 315's and still save a few hundred $.

    Treadwrights anyone?

www.treadwright.com Anyone ever tried these? I've read a lot of reviews and only seen one failure thus far. The price is right and they seem to stand behind they're warranty too.
