Spongy brakes

original radio wiring
So I managed to pick up some rear speakers and the connectors off the radio at the junkyard this weekend. I know there's 3 plugs. One is 3 wire. I assume power/acc/ground. The other 2 supply speakers. The truck I pulled it from it looked like one plug ran LF and LR while the other ran RF and RR...- recian

My truck is still all stock. New air filter. I'm running the 2 bbl rochester 210. I've considered finding a quadrajet. My brother had one on his scottsdale 305 and it livened it up good. I always use 2 people to bleed. When I was done there was clean fluid in a steady stream coming out. I prefer not to change the rear hose since where it connects to the line is a solid ball of rust. I don't want to try and change the F to R lines even tho they have a joint in the center and I... -

305 hesitation at higher throttle
I've noticed this recently on my truck. It's way better now that I fixed vacuum leaks but 50% or more throttle my truck hesitates unless it's full throttle. It only seems to do this when driving. sitting still and revving the engine it works great so the sticky about hesitation won't do me any...- recian

Spongy brakes
So my 81 has a spongy brake pedal. I drove a couple other trucks prior to this one and they were the same way. This truck was the first one I drove with an alum/plastic master. Rest had solid cast ones. So far I've changed the black brake fluid and bled the brakes along with replacing leaky rear... -

left turn signal does not work
That sounds like an issue in the socket or wiring. Had this happen on an old d150 I had. I ended up having to re-wire it under the bed since the harness melted. Would work good til you turned the lights on. Does the flasher click and not illuminate? Or no clicking at all in the dash? At least...- recian

Glove Box Latch 73-87 (91) Chevy GMC Trucks
This is awesome. I went to the yard and pulled another box since my hinge was broken. Took me 30 minutes get my head around the concept and figure it out. Took me 10 seconds to get the lock out of the other glove box :)
