So I converted my 1988 cclb r20rear to dually and I am really happy with the way it trueness out. I have decided to try to do the front. What all do i need to make this change and what year trucks will work? A guy down the road has a 88 but it not a classic square body would the hubs work off of it?

got the axle swapped in Friday evening it went good had to shorten driveshaft a little. Does anyone know where to find new bushing for the rear sway bar set up?
I want to load some picture but cant seem to do it form my iphone or ipad. I can try to give you a better description it has a sway bar and the cover kind of reminds me of a dana 60 front cover with a fill plug.
ok then must be a dana 70. My shock mount and spring perches are already in correct location as my r20 seems to have the same width frame rails as a one ton for some reason. what weight rear end dope should I run in it?
So I have a 1988 chevy r20 with a 14 bolt srw in it. I recently picked up a dually axle out of a 1980 1ton to swap in. I believe the axle is a Dana 70 but not positive. What's the best way to identify this axle? Also if it is a Dana 70 what type of diff fluid to I run in it?
