    HAHA yup thats how i feel on my 77 sne gets about 4 -5 miles to the gallon . you can watch the fuel gauge go down while driving that guzzler

    Thats how i got my line to seal extra good was a piece of shrink tubing get it tight then slide the other tubing over it. makes for a nice tight seal

    both my 77 an my 84 do this. is there a way to stop that so i can get an accurate reading of fuel. drives me nuts when the fuel gauge goes back an forth while im moving the truck...

    both make sure you have vacuum there . there should be vacuum at each line . if not then theres yer problem. i just got mine all working.

    haha drill a hole in the base and add tree killer. next year its dead.... i like the screen idea by the way. sounds like a good way to keep smaller trash out. Im gunna look into this as well. Thanks fer that idea . i just cleaned out mine and it had some small debris in there.....

    sounds like a grounding problem. check grounds (ie remove them grounds and reinstall them grounds )='s new contact for grounds. maybe sand them a bit as well....
