    NP203 input shaft swap? (Suburban)

    I know on a 205 the input gear can be changed but the 400 case has a larger bearing so the hole needs to be enlarged on a turbo 350 case for the larger bearing I assume the 203 is the same way but not positive tear down both 203's and put the good parts in the 400 case

    my first thought is your truck originally had a turbo 350 and someone swapped in the 400 the 400 is longer than the 350 so it would need the holes in the frame farther back I would bet someone forced the cross member to bolt up on the one side and just drilled new holes for the other so...

    I have seen multiple 2 wheel drive 3/4 ton crews but I have never seen a 3/4 4x4 crew the 3/4 ton 2 wheel drive crew cabs used the same frame as a 1 ton
