    Driving home, no issues and suddenly fighting to keep her straight and outta the ditch. Seems the spline sheared at the hub, easiest way to repair ? replace spline, look for a used rear and do the whole lot, 90 v1500, 3.73 rear.

    Guys thanks for the replies and the further I Look ad dd1990 states it's the drain hose, unfortunately I have no idea what it connects to or if I accidentally tossed the fitting. Are the holes in the corners the drain vents?

    What am I doing wrong

    Changing out the rotors, when I was at it, done seals bearings etc, used the old hubs not issues except when putting on the warn hub, the final snap ring won't seat.

    Spider gear reinstall?

    Changed out leaking rear axle seal, so I done both sides and bearings. No issues with that, unfortunately during the process the two spider gears came out. And I am having a hell of time reinstalling them, what's the trick. Thanks

    Changing leaking rear axle seal, go to remove the cross pin and it's snapped, anyone any suggestion other than they kit skyway sells. Thanks in advance.

    Ya I was able to run a piece of taped wire (so I could see it) from the top down and also from the bottom up. Carpet backing is toast, so next step is I might as well do the front carpet. Thanks for the help.

    Ok, there's doesn't seem to be a leakage this stage, but if I overwhelm it, these two screw holes for the kick panel weep a little. It's barely noticeable but there, thoughts would this be just water that ingressing thru the open holes as it makes it way out.

    Well I knew I had a leak, the burb had been sitting long enuff. Removed the carpet from the driver's floor, mass backing soaked. Removed cowl, cleaned up around it, obviously going to reseal joint to help the situation. Ran the hose and saw there was a small leak in this area, but obviously...

    Starting to troubleshoot my fuel gauge problem. Gauge reads past full, starting at the rear. Should I get a ohms reading from the purple/pink wire. Fuel sending unit is a delphi.

    Well I thought this might be easy, considering no broken bolts or studs, but no. Got a replacement, and yes it the same except for the flange where it meets the y. Well the y pipe is this and it seems that the replacement is too long or is this a removable sleeve in the y pipe. Any suggestions...
