    Since you dont have the extra port. That sounds like a logical solution. Yor heater would act like the bypass. Then just plug both water pump inlets.

    Both your heater hoses are on the suction side of the water pump. Will not flow coolant through the heater core. It needs to draw coolant from the manifold.

    That actuator has 2 hoses going to it. H and I so test both sides of that one. Also where that actuator connects to the door there is a plastic piece 168 that is known to break.

    most of it is under the dash on the passenger side. Except the vacuum motor #266 is in the cowl behind the blower motor and the vacuum line E comes through the firewall from the engine compartment. Remove the glove box you wi get a better view.

    There are a couple variations in brackets. Your best bet is to get the other one from the donor. pay attention to the bolts / washers or you will have alignment issues to and the water pump might be drilled or threaded where the p/s pump mounts.

    its an open vacuum leak sucking dirt into the engine. You have to plug it and adjust the carburetor or put a charcoal canister back in. Personally i would put the canister back.

    I have used K&N on a lot of off road toys with no complaints. They are good filters. Pros buy it once lasts many years just clean it, oil it and good to go again, it also flows more air than paper . cons oil is a little messy, doesn't filter as good as paper, on cars with MAF sensors too much...

    To the best of my recollection 77 doesn't have a key warning buzzer. The seat belt buzzer you will probably have to get a a pull apart.

    A cam swap will probably give you the best bang for the buck. something like Comp cams cl12-210-2 cam kit should be mild enough to work with your stock motor and give you some more hp.. A manifold and headers will help to. Anything more you should consider doing a complete motor.

    have you tried using a piece of all thread to pull it through? assemble all thread with nut/big socket/bushing/sway bar/bigger socket/ nut Tighten the two nuts and it should pull it through. a little lube helps to.

    yes you can reinstall the spring after welding. Locktite is another option if you dont want to weld it.

    If your going to weld on the oil pump it's a good idea to remove the bypass spring first. Heat can ruin the spring.

    Physically all clusters interchange 73-91. pin out varies between years and gauge/idiot lights. Tach has its own separate harness.

    the wiring connects to the printed circuit board that connects it to the gauge. Yes it is part of the circuit.
