What have you done to your square lately??
Man that happens bad in my 84 K10, not so much in my 86 C10. I wonder if it's because the 86 sits high in the rear and the 84 sits level? -

Cardboard thing behind seat.
I've seen the cardboard unit go for a hefty price on a couple sites. Unless you are looking at a correct restoration I'd make my own. I haven't but have seen some pics of homemade ones that look good and are much more functional than the original part. -

Nice truck! Welcome. I've always liked K&N but I run a paper filter in my daily C10. I currently have open type air cleaners but will definitely be moving toward replacing them with factory style cooler air units.
