Hydroboost Setup
Pending a few things I've got in the works, I'm looking around for a Hydroboost system for my 73 C10... The cam I have doesn't lend well to having reliable vacuum for the Vacuum Booster unfortunately. Anyone have one or know where to find one at a decent price? Thanks! -

:welcome: I might be able to dig something up for the tank solenoid. Had the same issue when I picked up my C10 and am in the process of running the plumbing and wiring for a proper auxiliary tank.- SlickGTP

What Chevy Big Block do you like best?
I'm liking the 454 in the ol' girl... I also have a 427 in the garage that I haggled for from my dad. It was originally a 454 from a '70 Chevelle SS 454, but he restroked it to be able to wind it out a little bit more for street racing. I wish he still had the car... 2wd lift kit
What were the part #s for the 1 Ton HD springs? I was looking at Rock Auto and they list the same part # for the 1/2 Ton w/454 Springs as the 1 ton's... For all I know, I'd get a little lift just getting new springs as the ones on there are 39 years old... :roflbow:- SlickGTP

Round Headlight Upgrades???
I did the harness upgrade from LMC and then installed the top of the line Sylvania bulbs... My God, what a difference... I started to wonder how I saw anything at night in the truck I had back in high school. -

What have you done to your square lately??
I don't know about y'all, but I just got my package in from LMC... Time to yank the cluster on the ol' girl and replace the circuitry. My gauges keep doing flaky things and I have reason to believe it's the old one delaminating and having the traces bounce off each other. Also got new... -

That sounds cool... I'm not sure how I'd mind a full manual valve body. I'm just trying to get over the sticker shock of just the tranny atm... Contemplating going with an overdrive unit that I can bolt to the back of the TH400, but those are expensive too.- SlickGTP
