Thant you Hodrod, we are keeping it 2 wd, but have bought a AC/ heater, (roof mount), and a refer/freezer,(gotta have Icream!), and will install 1200 watts of solar panels which will charge the batteries on our solar generator.- Craig Nedrow

Jan and I are still busy on the van, though haven't posted in a while. I bought a new remanufactured steering gear as the old one leaked and was loose. That should take 90% of the slop out. I have found Repair tunnels, but they’re 400 bucks and I’m not paying that I’ll make my own. I used to work in a sheet metal shop. I know how to do that stuff. Had to stop work yesterday and push snow. We got 5 inches. Finish stripping the car yesterday.- Craig Nedrow

1946 Dodge Power wagon
I grew up with these. It was our hunting rig, and fed cattle in the winter. Every day in the winter I would come home from school and load 20 bales of hay from a 12 high (that's a long way down,) stack, chopping the top bales with an ax to get them loose. Well, it has started. I finally dug the nova out of the corner of the shop and started yesterday on dismantling the front end. Got it off. A few more. In the first picture, on this side there is a flange that is built in. I had to cut out on both sides a 1/2 deep by 2inch long channel that allowed the bracket to fit up into the bed rails so I could drill the holes where I wanted on the frame. PSI 8.8L big block
I have a BW475, that 480, even 6 lb of boost will make huge torque numbers, probably less HP, BUT, will pull a house. I sure would like to mess with one, never had a chance to machine a block like this..- Craig Nedrow

More parts to install hopefully get some of this done today, but I still need to fix the fuel leak. have ordered the late model quick connect fittings and nylon hose good for 200 psi. It’s gonna be a few days before it gets here.- Craig Nedrow
