    I've had numerous 3/4 and 1 ton Squares over the years and all of them had 4.10 gears with a 454. My current K30 has 3.73's with a 454. I think I figured about why the others had 4.10's was because they all had the Z82 factory tow package. The person that ordered this K30 for some reason didn't.

    @Doppleganger the Covercraft door panel I bought are the dark gray versions. It matches the Charcoal sunvisors I got from USA-1. SEM makes interior paints too. Same type of prep as described above.

    I'm late to the game here, but before you align every thing, did you replace the upper bushing that goes through the frame at the rear of the front spring? Mine was worn to the metal bushing when I replaced mine. FYI these are ORD aftermarket shackles.

    Sorry it took a awhile to reply. It snowed and it's been cold as hell. Here's the mats. Gray is charcoal which matches my charcoal interior perfectly. You can see the mats are wider than the standard auto parts versions. Same quality I remember when I had my first Square in 1989.

    question about front sway bar interchange

    Sway bars are the same and so are the spring mount plates for a D60. I got my parts from ORD. Remember the D60 only uses 3 U-bolts and 2 studs. I also run ORD's sway bar disconnect.
