    I don't see where it says high temperature for the F6 Woven Wrap. The constant temperature range of the wrap is -70° to +125°C / -94°F to +275°F, Melting point +250°C/+482°F Way to low for use around exhaust parts.

    Inline tube stainless steel brake lines for my K5, C20 and wife's Mustang. They all were close but had to adjust the bends a little. C20 lines where closest, needed only minimal bending.

    I run 2 Summit proportioning valves without leaks or any other issue. I have stainless brake lines and getting them threaded is a pita but when done right no leaks. Purchased mine before the pandemic maybe that makes a difference.

    When you replace one part the part next or related to it dies in a short period of time. Seems to be an old car law.

    Weather strip around doors

    Precision parts seal are softer, at least they were a few years ago. Took only a few weeks to break in. I change the weatherstrip in summer. I install them, let them sit till they are hot and close the doors. Let the truck bake in the sun for the rest of the day.

    Annular boosters are a nice improvement and they were invented 50 or so years ago. Electric choke is convenient. Old or new carb it all depends on tuning it to fit your engine/needs as stated above.

    Friend of mine made a hoist system for his hardtop. He stored the hardtop hanging from the ceiling the whole summer. He used a small electric winch and a diy gantry.

    Dorman leaf spring shackle

    A little squeeze is ok but not that amount. You can add a washer left and right to fill the gap and have the spring centered. The hole in the washer has to be the same diameter as the hole in the shackle / bolt.

    S-10 4.3 headers fit 85/86?

    I checked application at Summit and Jegs, the S10 4x4 headers only fit the S10 pickups and Blazers. From the picture I would say they dont fit.
