    Yeah I welded my base up too. I bolt it to the floor using 1/2 x 5 Titen anchors. Then unbolt it and store it under the bench when not needed.

    The foggyness is on the outside of the glass? Not following what you are saying. Could be the inner and outer glass separating from the plastic liner in the middle.
