    K10 rear axle seals

You know,it's not something I do everyday or yearly or even more than once or twice in my entire life. I wouldn't swear one way or the other if I've done this to bonded shoes for sure.

    Ignition Assistance Needed

Switch adjustment,or cracked ignition rack would be my go to's. A cracked rack for awhile you can get all the slop out of everything,by manipulating the column and the shifter as the crack gets worse this quits working. See if you can push the rod that works the ignition switch a little when it...

1984 K10 LS Swap - Lots of Little Problems

Batch fire I was referring to injectors, they will either be batch fired,or selective fire. Batch fire they all spray at the same time.

    4l60E flush

The way I do it. Do your own, fluid and filter. Put on a pan with a drain plug. Drain and fill the transmission pan just use the drain plug and dipstick tube, leave the pan and cooler alone. Drain once a week for a month, then every other oil change.

Steady 5.5psi fuel pressure drops when warmed up

Idk, but possibly the fuel pump sock is picking up trash partially blocking the inlet. When you turn the truck off,the pumps not making vacuum anymore the debris falls off and the pump picks up unrestricted again. Rerout your fuel pump inlet to an external gas can see if your problem goes away...

I don't think you're over your head, thought so in the begining, but everything you started, you finished with pretty good results. Don't discount yourself, most people would have started your project and given up.

What new tools have you got lately?

This is what I use it looks like a standard flat bar but only 7" long and super slim to slide behind the panel. I've had other specific door panel tools but the were too awkward and thick.

Lets talk about a module ignition Replacement

You DO NOT USE DIELECTRIC GREASE!!!!! You use heat sink paste, get it from a computer store. Parts store have it too but most parts store guys are not that familiar with everything. Using dielectric grease will burn up modules premature,it doesn't allow proper heat transfer to the distributor...

I don't think they had true ABS on any square. They had RWAL but it was mechanically controlled

Lets talk about a module ignition Replacement

We discussed all this march of last year. Either you aren't buying Genuine GM modules or Top tier NAPA modules. Or something else is killing the modules. Review what I posted last year about what kills modules. I'll recite what I can off the top of my head. A failing coil kills modules, too much...

Sooo who has used the upgraded clutch rod?

I don't think it needs bending. I wouldn't recommend bending it. First thing I'd try is shimming the ends 1 or both left to right,to try to make it line up. I'm assuming it's hollow tube it will collapse on itself if you bend it. Not necessarily now but it will eventually fold over. A little...

1984 K10 LS Swap - Lots of Little Problems

I know nothing about the Holley Terminator system, but sounds like you do. Are the injectors batch fired, and are the injector leads long enough to just move the connector from cylinder 2 to cylinder 4 and vice versa? If the problem moves to 4 we know it's a wiring/pcm problem. If it stays on 2...

    Proportioning Valves

Wilwood and others have more than one style of adjustable proportioning valve, depending on whether or not you are keeping your original combination valve and adding an adjustable in the rear line. Or using a distribution block with an adjustable valve, and if you are using 4 wheel disc,4 wheel...

Something to keep in mind, switching to close ratio is going to put more stress on the frame, which they already crack prone.

    What is this wire?

If it is the gas gauge, when you ground it the gauge should read empty, disconnected the gauge should read full

Front marker lights and turn signals illuminate when brakes are applied

Put incandescent bulbs back in it see if it works right then. Then we know if it's a wiring problem or incompatible lights, and yes that's a common problem with squares and leds.

1984 K10 LS Swap - Lots of Little Problems

Put a noid light in number 2 injector connector. You can make one with 2 led lights twist the connectors together long tail to short tail and vice versa. That way you have an led that will light no matter what polarity when you stick it in the connector socket.

Whats this purpose and where does it land?
