    The fix ended up being the ignition relay inside the steering column. In case anyone else has the same issue. Once I figured out it wasn’t stalling but cutting off.

    I did replace it. Though with a duralast brand from auto zone. I had ordered an ACdelco last week which should come in tomorrow. But again I verified the pressure watching the injectors. I know I didn’t use the gauge.

    What are you doing when that happens? Driving, idle, city driving or highway? More details will help. Have you checked your alternator output? How old is your battery?

    Dual tank switch kills the engine

    I pretty much have your same truck. 87 tbi 350 with saddle tanks. Replace the passenger fuel pump, relay under the hood and the switch over that’s under the truck. While you’re there might as well drop both tanks and replace the driver fuel pump too. Also check your fuses under the driver dash.

    Might not be the same issue, but I had filled up one day and then the next couldn't get it started until an hour later. Happened two days in a row. turned out to be a tank of bad gas. could be a similar problem for you?

    Did you do anything to the throttle body? you might need to adjust your idle. I agree that putting the o2 sensor back in should help as well.
