    chev c 10 fuel problem

    I agree with hot rod. Sounds like vapor lock. Was just happening to me. I had the electric fuel pump up in the engine compartment and it would drive great at night then do the same thing you're saying when it was hot out. Moving it under the truck fixed it for me.

    I would've gone with the brushed aluminum intake if I had picked it out but it didn't bother me enough to replace it lol. It sounds like a beast though. Turns a bunch of heads around town

    Are they loosening when in Free driving around or when you are locked in 4WD? If it is happening when free I wonder if the spring behind the hubs could be the issue. While in Free the spring should be pushing it out keeping it disengaged.

    Thanks for the replies guys. I would've pulled the plug and see what's behind there already but I'm in the middle of replacing my locking hubs and the driver side is giving me fits. I think it is just about hammer time. :signs6:
