Anyone know why check engine light wont come on?
So my truck will not pass smog in ca because the check engine light wont come on. I checked the fuses and the horn fuse was blown, as soon as you put a new one in it blows. Are these related? Anyone know what this could be? Thanks 1986 k1500- Scott

so this has nothing to do with the main choke pull off? Do you know where the main choke pull of vacuum line comes from?- Scott

I know they go from the bottom of the torque converter dust cover, but do they attach from there?between the motor and motor mount or the side of motor ?- Scott

dumb question, do you have to have a cam retaining plate on 86 350
i wonder if this will work.http://www.summitracing.com/parts/NAL-10168501/ because it says the button needs a plate to install or something i dont know how the button works- Scott
