When I bought rusty the headliner was gone but the backing was still in place. I pulled the backing, cleaned it with a wire brush, bought new headliner material and used spray adhesive my wife had to install it. It all looked good for a few months. Then the new material started to sag. I... -

Haunted Horn Honking
Now everything is OK. No power to the horn wires until I press the horn button. Horn relay works fine. What ever made them stick on cleared by the time I got home. I just don't want to plug the horns back in until I figure out why this happened.- Rusty1

Bad Thermostat?
seemed to be from the cap. wasn't alot. I just let it run for about 10 to 15 min with the cap off. No flow. Just alot of burps. Air Lock?- Rusty1

Was working on my truck today and got a few things squared away. Took it out for a drive and when I got home there was little bit of steam coming out from under the hood. 82 Sierra rotor size
Just did mine on my 84. Turn the steering wheel hard right and you can measure the rotor on the drivers side with out pulling a wheel.- Rusty1

Rear shock extenders
extensions Started with some scrap 2X4 Cut in half Marked the hole locations and bottom Drilled mounting holes cut lower extensions from some more scrap Drilled shock mount holes Welded the parts together Painted and installed with new bolts from the local harware store.- Rusty1
