    Now everything is OK. No power to the horn wires until I press the horn button. Horn relay works fine. What ever made them stick on cleared by the time I got home. I just don't want to plug the horns back in until I figure out why this happened.

    Just did mine on my 84. Turn the steering wheel hard right and you can measure the rotor on the drivers side with out pulling a wheel.

    extensions Started with some scrap 2X4 Cut in half Marked the hole locations and bottom Drilled mounting holes cut lower extensions from some more scrap Drilled shock mount holes Welded the parts together Painted and installed with new bolts from the local harware store.
