    The prop valve will need to be changed from factory disc/drum to disc/disc as well. Just a reminder.

    Larger the line the more volume and less pressure. Smaller the line more pressure less volume. Pressure is a restriction to flow. You don’t want the rear brakes having more stopping power then the front.

    When you mentioned " sounds like a rev limiter" are you saying the transmission is slipping or that the misfire is so bad that it is not firing and the motor is pinging? Are you still on the factory TBI or converted to a carb?

    Are the "new" injectors for a small block or the big block? Food for thought is if you purchased larger flowing injectors and had a custom chip burned for the SBC OEM flow rates that will cause drivability/idle issues

    Hellova first post :) Try running the truck with the gas caps off and see if that fixes the issue. If yes proceed to correcting the tank vent issue or replace the fuel cap with caps that are vented

    Nope, most of those gaskets are 1/16th of an inch. That's not enough to cause an engagement with the splines. Sealant just complicates removal sometimes and if to much is used it will get into the fluid and can be passed around between the trans/transfer case.
