    I am pretty sure it must be something inside the column. Everything from the bottom of the steering column to the trans is aligned.

    No, there is some friction. It feels like something isn’t aligned. Possibly like something inside the column isn’t lining up with what it should.

    Looking for any available information on a fixed steering column for an 83 c-10 three speed on the column. Mine was working fine. Now there is an issue in the column with the shifter. I can’t grab any gear. All the linkage under the hood to the transmission is perfect.
