Awesome! Thanks for the measurement. I don't think drilling holes in the rims will work since the bolt would hit the hub, I guess it depends how thick the rim is. Center Cap Dimensions
Does anyone know the diameter of the 4x4 rally center cap base? I'm hoping to mount them on a set of el-cheapo Rough Country steel rims but I'd like to know if they'll fit in the wheel before I spend $100 on a set of those center caps.- frickenbored

Got my cluster out tonight, that gauge is definitely a custom job as you can tell by the pictures but it's actually not too bad of a job. Back in the day I used to have a 1988 K5 blazer with a MSD street fire box and a summit racing brand tach, the tach signal was super lazy and inaccurate, I also tried a sunpro tach but had the same problem. Well dang, I never even thought to look at the bigger trucks but a quick Google search confirms it. The fuel gauge works and is pretty accurate so hopefully the tach works too. I'll have to pull the cluster and see if I can get it wired up. It would be really cool to get the whole factory...- frickenbored
