There is a fellow on youtube that is an engine rebuilder and did a series on rebuilding one of those engines.. you can search "myvintageiron". he does a lot of interesting videos on all makes.
1966 Mercury Comet Capri, 2dr. hdtp. was a 289 car with an auto, but i converted to 302 with T5. changed it from bench seat to mustang buckets and found a Cyclone hood for it. It was a fun project..

sorry to say, that car is long gone... now i am working on my '75 GMC half ton.. i am hoping to have it put back together this summer, but i still have a lot to do...
gpmorgan, thank you for your comments.. I initially liked the FiTech system, but i am hearing mixed thoughts on it.. mostly with the entry level 400hp version.. but before i decide, I will do a lot of reading on it..
