    I think I found the culprit After checking the grounds in the engine bay still no luck. However I did find when I put the instrument cluster together last I tore the printed circuit looks like I cough it on a screw. I'm assuming this is my problem I'll be junk yarding it tomorrow.

    The trans mount is good I was thinking the shaft too I'm calling around after work to get prices on balancing. I have a new carrier bearing I'm also thinking that I might have not installed it squared up.

    Can you jump the starter if yes then you know your getting power. If not then bad connection to your battery. I have always wired it with 3 1 to the batt one to the ignition (this is most likely the culprit) and one to the alternator. Also if you have an alarm check your relays for the alarm.
