Bump Stops
I trimmed the new ones I got from LMC. Just enough to get them in there. They aren't coming out on their own even after trimming. Lots of lube as well- Cemack

Noise in transmission while clutch is engaged sm465
Like everyone has said it's either the throw out bearing or pilot bearing/bushing. I will attach a picture to show where the pilot bearing/ bushing is located- Cemack

Headliner questions
I used 1 can for my regular cab. I would get 3 for a suburban, maybe 4. I tried to use gorilla glue adhesive spray first, but that has to be the worst spray adhesive I’ve ever used -

Permatex has the best spray on adhesive for headliners. I bought my foam backed material off Amazon. It was the only place I could find it -

I made exactly what JEGS is selling. I didn’t know you could buy them. Like someone else mentioned there is a problem with the height on your hoist. Removing Pilot Bearing//Is it as bad as I hear?
I have used the bread method and it worked like a charm. Not sure who “debunked it”, but they must not have done it properly. The key is, the cut off bolt you pound in there has to be a snug fit- Cemack

So is it necessary to hook this up? And would it be ported or manifold vacuum? Whoever owned the truck before me pulled out all the EGR stuff so maybe they pulled this hose out at the same time. It’s an 85 by the way- Cemack
