    Looking for advice, my 86 gmc sierra classic has had a check engine light coming on and off while driving? All gauges are good, nothing shows any indication of a problem. Any suggestions on where to start looking?

    Question about a recent issue with loose bolts that connects the torque converter to the flex plate, 1 was loose. So loose that there was play enough to move the torque converter by hand just a little. Does anyone know the specific torque on those bolts? I’m not sure if tightening them and...

    Guys, I found a free motor and looking for identification on it, any ideas what I got? I'm thinking it's a 250 ci it's said to of come out of an 81' or 82 chevy c10.... any help would be appreciated....

    Um.... yeah it's connected now, it was connected with tape and my truck was having shift issues. It's leaking I'm replacing it and cleaning the valve and then test driving it.

    Can anyone tell me what this fitting is called, I've had shift problems and found someone put electrical tape over it with the trans vacuum line in it. I hooked up a piece of hose to it for now. I'm replacing the modulator tonight and probably should replace the fitting. Thanks
