    Ricko1966 , back story is it broke down in Feb lost all power and backfired. No spark , I replaced cap rotor and ignition module and got spark. Fired up and ran fine.     I’m gonna try that, I bought 1 from orielly then 1 from Napa and still nothing all 3 meaning my original and 2 new look the same. I’m not sure what to look for when seeing the difference between sbc and bbc pumps

    Hey everyone, I’m having issues with my fuel pump. 2nd pump installed and nothing happened! Ran lines to a can of gas and nothing. Rod from pump to cam looks good measured it and it’s exact length matched the specifications! I’m thinking I’ve got a bad cam lobe that’s worn out, only 126k on this...

    Looking for advice, my 86 gmc sierra classic has had a check engine light coming on and off while driving? All gauges are good, nothing shows any indication of a problem. Any suggestions on where to start looking?

    Um.... yeah it's connected now, it was connected with tape and my truck was having shift issues. It's leaking I'm replacing it and cleaning the valve and then test driving it.

    Can anyone tell me what this fitting is called, I've had shift problems and found someone put electrical tape over it with the trans vacuum line in it. I hooked up a piece of hose to it for now. I'm replacing the modulator tonight and probably should replace the fitting. Thanks

    Looking to swap my 454 for a 350 long block

    I'm looking for recommendations on a long block purchase. I'm sick and done with this 454bbc, I'm ready for fresh and new.... anyone have any recommendations? I am exploring a place called powertrain in MD.
